Snehjeev Ventures Acquires 7.04% Stake in Amerise Biosciences

Snehjeev Ventures Pvt Ltd, along with persons acting in concert (PACs) Rushank SS Lunkad, Sneha Lunkad, and Riddhi Lunkad, has acquired 4,650,896 equity shares in Amerise Biosciences Ltd. This acquisition represents 7.04% of the total share capital. The shares were acquired through the open market. Prior to this transaction, the acquirer group held 6.99% of the company's shares. The total equity share capital of Amerise Biosciences before and after the acquisition remains Rs. 6,60,69,000.
