AMJ Land Holdings Appoints New CFO and Company Secretary

AMJ Land Holdings Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 1, 2026. Mr. Surendra Kumar Bansal resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective August 1, 2026, but will continue to serve as a Whole-time Director and Key Managerial Personnel. Ms. Megha Goel has been appointed as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 2, 2026. Ms. Goel is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience and has been associated with the company since March 2022. Additionally, Mr. Sahil Dudani was appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 1, 2026.
