Apcotex Industries Ltd has completed the acquisition of 7,20,000 equity shares, representing a 1.275% stake, in Amplus Ampere Private Limited from NRB Bearings Limited for a total consideration of ₹72,00,000 (₹72 Lakhs). This acquisition is a continuation of a prior agreement and aims for the captive consumption of solar power generated by Amplus Ampere Private Limited. Amplus Ampere Private Limited is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and a subsidiary of Amplus Energy Solutions PTE Limited, operating in the Power Sector. The acquisition was completed on October 31, 2026, and involved a cash consideration.
