Apollo Micro Systems Awarded Make-II Prototype Order by Indian Air Force

Apollo Micro Systems Limited has been shortlisted and awarded a Make-II Prototype Sanction Order (PSO) by the Indian Air Force for indigenous Guidance and Navigation Kits. This project involves the design, development, and prototype demonstration of a 500 Kg Smart Bomb capable of precision targeting from over 80-100 km. The system, named IPREK, converts existing bomb inventory into a precision standoff capability and integrates India's NavIC satellite navigation. This award marks AMS's entry into the high-value precision guided munition (PGM) segment as a Prime OEM. The government is committed to procurement upon successful prototype demonstration, with no cost obligation during development.
