Trading Window Closure Announced by Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd

Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons, including their immediate relatives, of the Company and its subsidiary. The closure is in accordance with the Prohibition of Insider Trading Code adopted by the Company under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration and submission of Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026 to the stock exchanges. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting for consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026 is yet to be intimated.
