Arcee Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window in Compliance with SEBI Regulations

Arcee Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons. This closure is pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. During this period, designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in securities of the Company. The exact date of declaration of financial results will be intimated separately.
