Koiya International Appoints Mrs. Kattakota Satyabati Devi as Executive MD

Koiya International Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Kattakota Satyabati Devi as an Additional Director, designated as Executive Managing Director, effective August 11, 2026, subject to member approval. The company's Board of Directors also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the notice for the 32nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 28, 2026, and the 32nd Annual Report. Additionally, Mrs. Devi was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective August 11, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Lakshmmi Subramanian & Associates as scrutinizers for e-voting and CDSL as the e-voting intermediary for the upcoming AGM.
