Koiya International Appoints New MD cum CFO, Approves Q1 Results

Koiya International Ltd announced key management changes and financial results following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 11, 2026. Mrs. Kattakota Satyabati Devi has been appointed as the Managing Director (subject to member approval) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective August 11, 2026. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the notice for the 32nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 28, 2026, and the 32nd Annual Report. The company also appointed scrutineers and CDSL for e-voting at the AGM.
