Assam Timber Products Acquires 14.24% Stake in Archidply Industries

Assam Timber Products Private Limited has acquired 2,827,850 equity shares, representing 14.24% of the total share capital, in Archidply Industries Limited. This acquisition was executed through an inter-se transfer of shares as part of a scheme of amalgamation among promoter group companies. The transaction falls under Regulation 10(1)(d)(iii) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, exempting Assam Timber Products from making an open offer. Following the transaction, Assam Timber Products' shareholding in Archidply Industries increased from 11.36% to 25.60%. The transferor, Ravi Marketing & Services Private Limited, now holds 0% of the shares.
