Shree Shyam Tea Acquires 19.85% in Archidply Industries

Shree Shyam Tea Private Limited has acquired 3,943,509 equity shares, representing 19.85% of Archidply Industries Limited, through an inter-se transfer of shares. This acquisition is part of a scheme of amalgamation among promoter group companies and is exempted from an open offer under Regulation 10(1)(d)(iii) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. Following the transaction, Shree Shyam Tea's shareholding in Archidply Industries increased from 1.40% to 21.25%. Vanraj Suppliers Private Limited transferred its entire 19.85% stake.
