Archidply Industries: Promoter Group Share Transfer via Amalgamation

Archidply Industries Ltd has filed a disclosure regarding the acquisition of 2,827,850 equity shares (14.24%) by Assam Timber Products Private Limited from Ravi Marketing & Services Private Limited. This inter-se transfer of shares occurred pursuant to a Scheme of Amalgamation between promoter group companies, approved by the National Company Law Tribunal. The acquisition was completed on June 5, 2026, with no cash consideration involved. Following the amalgamation, Assam Timber Products Private Limited's shareholding in Archidply Industries increased from 11.36% to 25.60%.
