Arihant Foundations Allots Equity Shares on Warrant Conversion

Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd. has allotted 6,51,873 equity shares upon conversion of warrants, following the receipt of the balance 75% of the issue price at ₹360 per warrant. The shares, with a face value of ₹10 each, were issued at ₹480 per share (including a premium of ₹470). This allotment has increased the company's paid-up equity share capital from ₹10,21,06,240 to ₹10,86,24,970. The allotment was approved at a Board Meeting held on May 15, 2026.
