Arvind Ltd Acquires 46% Stake in Arvind GCC

Arvind Limited has completed the acquisition of 4,600 equity shares, representing 46% of the paid-up equity share capital, in its newly incorporated subsidiary, Arvind Global Capability Center Private Limited (Arvind GCC). The acquisition was completed on October 6, 2026, and was undertaken on an arm's length basis as a related party transaction. Arvind GCC will provide centralized business support and shared services, including finance, technology, and human resources, to group entities. The consideration was cash, paid at face value per share. No governmental or regulatory approvals were required.
