Arvind SmartSpaces Adds Bengaluru Project with ₹470 Cr Potential

Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL) has announced the acquisition of a new residential high-rise project on Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru, through a joint development agreement. The project boasts an estimated saleable area of approximately 3.6 lakh sq. ft. and a projected top-line revenue potential of ₹470 crore, including the partner's share. This marks ASL's 11th high-rise project in Bengaluru and is an extension of their existing 'Arvind Sylva' project in the same area. The company highlights Sarjapur's rapid development and proximity to key infrastructure like the IT hub and proposed metro station. This acquisition contributes to ASL's cumulative new business development top-line potential for FY27, which now stands at approximately ₹3,100 crore, reinforcing their growth strategy in Gujarat, Bengaluru, and the MMR region.
