Ashima Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until After Q4 and Year Ended 31st March 2026 Audited Financial Results

Ashima Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all insiders, including designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The closure will be in effect from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026.
