Ashima Ltd Appoints Uttara Parikh as Additional Director

Ashima Ltd has announced the appointment of Ms. Uttara Chintan Parikh as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Her appointment is effective from July 01, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Parikh is not debarred from holding directorship and is qualified under the Companies Act, 2013. She brings experience in investment banking and e-commerce, with expertise in marketing, business strategy, and data analytics. She is also involved with Ashima's real estate projects as a Director of Saumya Constructions Private Limited. Ms. Parikh is the daughter of Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Chintan N. Parikh and sister of Executive Director Mr. Krishnachintan Parikh.
