Ashima: Promoter Chintan Parikh transfers 29.99% shares to Shefali Parikh

Ashima Ltd. received a disclosure regarding an inter-se transfer of shares within its promoter group. Chintan Navnitlal Parikh, a promoter and trustee of Navchintan Trust, transferred 5,74,80,000 equity shares, representing 29.991% of the company's share capital, to Mrs. Shefali Chintan Parikh, who is also a member of the Promoter Group. This transaction was conducted without consideration, as a distribution from the Trust to its beneficiary, adhering to SEBI (SAST) Regulations. Importantly, this transfer does not alter the overall shareholding of the promoter and promoter group in Ashima Ltd.
