Optare Plc is involved in manufacturing buses and commercial vehicles, with revenues of ₹1,879.11 Crore as of March 31, 2026. HHFL, a housing finance company, reported revenues of ₹1,932.50 Crore as of March 31, 2026. Both investments are subject to requisite approvals and are expected to be completed by March 31, 2027.
