Pine Labs Invests ₹25 Cr in Subsidiary SFNPL

Pine Labs Limited has invested INR 24,99,93,297 (₹24.99 Crore) in its wholly owned subsidiary, Synergistic Financial Networks Private Limited (SFNPL), through a rights issue. This investment will fund SFNPL's working capital, support growth, and enable investments in its step-down subsidiaries. SFNPL operates in the Financial Technology industry, facilitating financial transactions and providing payment processing solutions. The investment does not alter Pine Labs' shareholding percentage in SFNPL, which remains at 100%. SFNPL was incorporated in 2008 and reported a turnover of INR 1,897.5 million for the year ending March 31, 2026. The transaction is not a related party transaction and was conducted at arm's length.
