Pine Labs: Trading Window Closed from Oct 1, 2026

Pine Labs Limited announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective October 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026. Designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders are prohibited from trading during this period.
