Ashok Leyland announced the voluntary liquidation of its associate company, Ashok Leyland John Deere Construction Equipment Company Private Limited (ALJD). The company had been undergoing a liquidation process with the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for several years. Following the receipt of the final order of dissolution, ALJD has officially ceased to be an associate of Ashok Leyland. This event does not involve any benefit to the promoter or group companies, and there is no change in the shareholding pattern.
