Ashoka Buildcon Settles NHAI Show Cause Notice for ₹1.04 Cr

Ashoka Buildcon Ltd has entered into a Settlement Agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to close proceedings related to a Show Cause Notice issued on November 26, 2025. As per the agreement, NHAI will close the proceedings with no further action against the company, including withdrawal of suspension and confirmation of no debarment. Ashoka Buildcon has agreed to pay ₹1.04 crore, which has already been deposited with NHAI on July 09, 2026. This disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for designated persons remains closed until 48 hours after the publication of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
