Asian Hotels (North) Ltd: Krishna Kumar Acharya re-appointed Executive Director

Asian Hotels (North) Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Krishna Kumar Acharya as Whole-time Director, designated as Executive Director, for a further term of two years from August 12, 2026, to August 11, 2028. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on August 10, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval within three months. The board meeting also approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report. Additionally, the Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2026.
