Bhasin Hota & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The board also approved the un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report from statutory auditors Ramesh M Sheth and Associates. The company also informed about the reopening of the trading window for securities after 48 hours from the declaration of financial results.
