The company's name has changed from 'Aster DM Healthcare Limited' to 'Aster DM Quality Care India Limited', subject to fresh incorporation certificate. The authorized share capital has also been revised. BCP Asia II Topco IV Pte. Limited is now categorized as a promoter shareholder. The effective date of the scheme was July 1, 2026, after all conditions were met and filings made with the Registrar of Companies.
