Maithan Alloys completes merger with Impex Metal & Ferro Alloys

Maithan Alloys Limited has announced the completion of its amalgamation/merger with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Impex Metal & Ferro Alloys Limited. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench, sanctioned the scheme via an order dated June 8, 2026. The scheme became operative from March 31, 2024 (Appointed Date) and effective from June 30, 2025 (Effective Date) upon filing with the Registrar of Companies. Consequently, all assets and liabilities of Impex Metal & Ferro Alloys Limited have been transferred to and vested in Maithan Alloys Limited. Impex Metal & Ferro Alloys Limited stands dissolved effective June 30, 2026. No shares were allotted as Impex was a wholly-owned subsidiary.
