Aster DM Quality Care: Director Retirement and Appointment

Aster DM Quality Care Ltd announced changes in its Board of Directors. Ms. Purana Housdurgam Vijayadeepti retired as Non-Executive Independent Director upon completion of her term at the 18th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026. Consequently, she also stepped down from her committee roles. The Board also appointed Ms. Neela Bhattacherjee as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) effective September 28, 2026, for a three-year term, subject to shareholder approval. New committee chairmanships and memberships were also assigned.
