Aster DM Quality Care: Director Retires, New Director Appointed

Aster DM Quality Care Ltd announced the retirement of Ms. Purana Housdurgam Vijayadeepti as Non-Executive Independent Director following the conclusion of the 18th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026. Her retirement also means she ceases to be Chairperson of the Risk Management Committee and Technology Steering Committee, and a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and CSR Committee. Concurrently, Ms. Neela Bhattacherjee has been appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 28, 2026, for a three-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Neeraj Jain will chair the Risk Management Committee, Ms. Bhattacherjee will join the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Mr. Sunil Theckath Vasudevan will join the CSR Committee.
