Aster DM Subsidiary to Add 184 Beds at Trivandrum Facility

Aster DM Quality Care Ltd's material subsidiary, KIMS Health Care Management Limited (KHML), has approved the construction of a new block and optimization of existing facilities at KIMSHEALTH Hospital, Trivandrum, Kerala. This expansion will increase operational capacity by approximately 184 beds, bringing the total to around 979 beds by May 2028. The project requires an investment of Rs. 134.4 crore, financed through 70% debt and 30% equity. The expansion aims to address space constraints, facilitate specialty growth, enhance patient experience, and strengthen healthcare infrastructure in the region.
