The project will be executed through a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with the landowner. The estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) for this project is approximately ₹600 Crores. This strategic expansion into Coimbatore, a city with a diversified economy and strong growth potential, aims to strengthen Brigade's residential portfolio in South India. The company highlighted Coimbatore's robust social infrastructure and growing demand for quality real estate.
