Brigade Enterprises Limited has announced its expansion into Coimbatore with a new residential development in Saravanampatti. The project, spread across 5.4 acres, will be undertaken through a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with the landowner. The estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) for this project is approximately ₹600 Crores. This strategic move into a key growth corridor of Coimbatore, known for its IT belt and robust social infrastructure, aims to strengthen Brigade's residential portfolio in South India. The company highlighted Coimbatore's strong fundamentals, including a diversified economy and infrastructure investments, as drivers for accelerated demand in quality real estate.
