Astonea Labs Appoints Internal Auditor for FY27

Astonea Labs Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Chander Shekhar of M/s. Chander Shekhar & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, in compliance with Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 and relevant rules. Mr. Shekhar is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in audit, accounting, and taxation. He is not related to any Director or Key Managerial Personnel of the company.
