AU Small Finance Bank Reappoints Head of Internal Audit

AU Small Finance Bank Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Vinay Vaish as the Head of Internal Audit (HIA) for a further term of one year, effective October 7, 2026. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors following recommendations from the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Vaish, a Chartered Accountant and Law graduate with over 30 years of experience in risk management, credit, and audit, has been with the bank since 2015 and leading the internal audit function since October 2021.
