AU Small Finance Bank Sets July 31 as Dividend Record Date

AU Small Finance Bank Ltd announced its Board meeting held on July 25, 2026, has fixed Friday, July 31, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility for final dividend, if declared at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The bank also approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, showing a Net Profit of ₹79,595.29 Lakhs. Additionally, Mr. Yogesh Jain was elevated to Deputy CEO, and changes were made to the Senior Management Personnel (SMP) list. The 31st AGM is scheduled for September 5, 2026.
