Aurum PropTech Appoints New Chairman, Directors; CS Resigns

Aurum PropTech's Board of Directors has approved several key management changes. Mr. Ashish Deora, a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, has been designated as the Chairman of the Company. Mr. Ajit Joshi was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective from July 23, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Ashim Ashitbaran Desai and Mrs. Lakshmi Nagajyothi Potluri Ashok Kumar were appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective April 23, 2026, also pending shareholder approval. Ms. Sonia Jain resigned from her position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective April 30, 2026, and Ms. Pranali Desale was appointed as her successor from May 1, 2026. The company will issue a postal ballot to seek shareholder approval for the re-appointment and appointments of the directors.
