Aurum PropTech Board Approves Chairman, Re-appoints/Appoints Directors, New CS

Aurum PropTech's Board of Directors approved several key management changes. Mr. Ashish Deora was designated as the Chairman of the Company. Mr. Ajit Joshi was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years, from July 23, 2026, to July 22, 2031. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Ashim Ashitbaran Desai and Mrs. Lakshmi Nagajyothi Potluri Ashok Kumar as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, both effective April 23, 2026. All director appointments/re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Additionally, Ms. Sonia Jain resigned from her position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective April 30, 2026, and Ms. Pranali Desale was appointed as her successor from May 1, 2026.
