Austere Systems Declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.20 Per Share

Austere Systems Ltd. has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.20 per equity share. The decision was made at a Board meeting on 27th January 2026, which commenced at 03:30 pm and concluded at 03:42 pm. The meeting also saw the resignation of Ms. Shampa Juneja as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and the appointment of Ms. Richa Singh in her place, effective from 27th January 2026.
