ACGL Appoints Santhosh Shadadal as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Automobile Corporation of Goa Ltd (ACGL) has announced the appointment of Mr. Santhosh Shadadal (Membership No. A48177) as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. This appointment, effective from April 27, 2026, was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on the same date. Mr. Shadadal is a qualified Company Secretary with over 9 years of post-qualification experience. He holds a Commerce degree and an LL.B., and has extensive experience working with both listed public and private limited companies, including exposure to corporate legal matters. The appointment is in compliance with Regulation 6 and Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
