Avantel Ltd Members Approve Director Re-appointments

Avantel Ltd announced that its members have approved the re-appointment of Mr. Abburi Siddhartha Sagar as Executive Director (Strategy & Business Development) for a five-year term from March 8, 2027, to March 7, 2032. Additionally, Mr. Peddi Bala Bhaskar Rao has been appointed as Director (Operations) for a three-year term from July 11, 2026, to July 10, 2029. The members also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vyasabhattu Ramchander as an Independent Director for a second five-year term from May 6, 2027, to May 5, 2032. All appointments were approved via postal ballot and remote e-voting on August 16, 2026. The company also confirmed that the voting results and scrutineer's report are being submitted separately.
