Mideast Integrated Steels Ltd Announces Directorate Changes

Mideast Integrated Steels Ltd has announced changes in its directorate, effective August 29, 2026. Mr. Asit Kumar Ray, with nearly two decades of experience in corporate affairs and stakeholder engagement within the steel and mining sector, has been appointed as a Director. Concurrently, Mrs. Natasha Sinha, who brings over 20 years of experience in corporate management and finance, and currently serves as Director — Finance at Mesco Group, has also been appointed as a Director. Mrs. Rita Singh, Chairperson and Managing Director of Mesco Steel Group, continues her role as Whole-Time Director. These changes are in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
