Mideast Integrated Steels Ltd Announces Management Changes

Mideast Integrated Steels Ltd has announced changes in its management team, effective August 29, 2026. Mr. Asit Kumar Ray, previously a Director, will transition to a new designation. He brings nearly two decades of experience in corporate affairs, public relations, and stakeholder engagement within the steel and mining sector. Mrs. Natasha Sinha, also a Director, will change her designation. She has over 20 years of experience in corporate management and finance, currently serving as Director — Finance at Mesco Group. Mrs. Rita Singh, Whole-Time Director, will also see a change in designation. She is the Chairperson and Managing Director of Mesco Steel Group, recognized for her leadership in transforming the company into a diversified steel enterprise. These changes are in accordance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
