Axtel Industries Re-appoints Ajay Naishad Desai as Whole-time Director

Axtel Industries Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Ajay Naishad Desai as Whole-time Director for a period of five years, effective March 1, 2027. The Board of Directors also approved the continuation of Mr. Ajay Nalin Parikh's appointment as Whole-time Director. Both decisions were approved by shareholders at the AGM held on July 31, 2026, and subsequently by the Board on August 6, 2026. Mr. Desai, an Electrical Engineer with over 45 years of experience, has been with the company since 1992. Mr. Parikh, a Mechanical Engineer, also brings over 45 years of experience and has been instrumental in developing the company's manufacturing facilities.
