B & A Ltd has announced the cut-off date for remote e-voting for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) as Thursday, July 23, 2026. The AGM itself is scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the Kaziranga Golf Club Resort in Jorhat, Assam, commencing at 10:00 AM IST. Remote e-voting will be open from Monday, July 27, 2026, 10:00 AM IST to Wednesday, July 29, 2026, 5:00 PM IST. Ballot voting will be available during the AGM. The company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from July 24, 2026, to July 30, 2026, inclusive, for the AGM purposes.
