B-Right Realestate Subsidiary Signs Project Development MoU

B-Right RMBD Developers LLP, a step-down subsidiary of B-Right Realestate Ltd, has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the development of Viswas Niwas 8 and Viswas Niwas 9 in Parel. The project site has a land area of 1,081.95 Sq. Mtr. and is projected to yield approximately 45,760 Sq. Ft. of total sales area. The estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) for this project is Rs. 179 Crores. This development is expected to contribute to the company's future revenue streams and expand its project portfolio.
