Embassy Developments signs ₹1,500 Cr UP real estate MoU

Embassy Developments Limited has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Uttar Pradesh to develop approximately 2.5 to 3.0 million square feet of commercial real estate in Lucknow. The proposed development, with an estimated investment of ₹1,500 crore, will focus on premium office spaces and is part of the Invest UP framework. This initiative marks Embassy Developments' potential entry into Uttar Pradesh's commercial real estate market, aiming to leverage the state's growing infrastructure and business environment. The company plans to bring its expertise in building institutional-grade business ecosystems to support Uttar Pradesh's vision for economic development and job creation.
