Bacil Pharma Subsidiary Signs R&D Pact for ₹35 Cr

Bacil Pharma Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Bacil Research and Development Private Limited, has entered into an agreement with Efdee Pharma Private Limited. The collaboration focuses on research and development activities for pharmaceutical products, including pellets, granules, powders, tablets, and capsules. The estimated project cost is ₹35,00,00,000 (Rupees Thirty-Five Crore Only). Mrs. Chaitali Shah, Director, has been authorized to execute the agreement and manage all related formalities.
