Bajaj Auto Appoints Pallavi Joshi Bakhru as Independent Director

Bajaj Auto Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Pallavi Joshi Bakhru as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective January 1, 2027. The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, is for an initial term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Bakhru brings over 30 years of experience in corporate tax, litigation, and regulatory matters, currently leading Family Office and Private Client Services at Grant Thornton Bharat. She also serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Vedanta Limited, Hindustan Zinc Limited, Gaberial India Limited, and Neuland Laboratories Limited. She is not related to any existing directors of Bajaj Auto.
