Transport Corp Appoints CEO-Designate for TCI Seaways Division

Transport Corporation of India Ltd announced key management changes following its Board meeting on October 27, 2026. Mr. Bhudev Bhushan Giri has been appointed as CEO-Designate for the TCI Seaways Division, effective immediately. The Board also approved the issuance of secured, listed, and redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to ₹300 Crores in one or more tranches on a private placement basis. The company also disclosed its Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
