Bajaj Steel Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities by insiders. The closure is in accordance with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code for Insider trading. The trading window will be closed from April 01, 2026, for the purpose of consideration & approval of Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results to the Stock Exchange.
