Bandaram Pharma Packtech Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Bandaram Pharma Packtech Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be shut from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. A board meeting will be convened to consider and approve these financial results. The company will separately inform the stock exchange about the board meeting notice.
